Default Commercial Bargain?

Not mine but came across this whilst looking on autotrader

http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classif...true?logcode=p

How easy would it be to convert a 3dr into a "commercial" as far as I can see it just looks like you need to blank the side windows out and then would it be as easy as plywood the back and taking the seats out or is there more to it than that?

Check the insurance, commercial insurance is different to car.
Also it's almost impossible to get a multi car policy with a mixed fleet.

Having said that, I also like the terrano vans.

When I had the Transit I was paying a similar amount to what I now pay for the Terrano, but they wouldn't do a multi car policy because one was a commercial vehicle.

I am actually still insured for the Transit, it was cheaper to let the policy run to the end, rather than cancel and pay for the pleasure of cancelling.

Insurance is a licence to print money and rip people off, it's a legal requirement so they've got you by the goolies!
