Hello and help
I appreciate that I'm being a right divvy but for the life of me I can't see how to post a new query on this forum without going in via the introduce myself part of the site, or maybe that is the correct way to do it :-)
I'm trying to find out if there is any way to remove a locking spare wheel cover and keep it intact since I don't have the keys or is it simply a case of popping it open with a hammer and screwdriver and buying a new cover? |

HeHe, welcome aboard. Try clicking on this link and scrolling down to the Terrano section or what ever motor you happen to have http://www.nissan4x4ownersclub.com/forum/index.php
If your cover is like the type that I've just been given you'll probably be able to turn the lock with a good twist of a screwdriver but it'll ruin the lock. Try posting a photo of your lock and see what others say about it. |

Without pics we cant help as we are not sure what you have to deal with.
However, the lock is to prevent theft, so i dont see a way of removing it with out damage to something. |
