Default is it time for a new car? . . .

After buying a Grand Vitara earlier this week, it seems to outshine my T2 on the drive, shall I get something new? your opinions?

Well you could always wax up the old T2

You'll have plenty of practice with the Vitara when the mrs nags you.

My Mav is due for a waxing again, and a touch up of the waxoyl, I 'll try to do it before they grit the roads around here.

Talking of getting cold...
Today I am finishing off the central heating in the conservatory, so we can use it with friends and family over Christmas.
Before anybody asks, yes you can fit central heating in a conservatory, if it operates on a separate system. You either need thermostatic valves or some way of shutting off the system separate from the rest of the house.

So I have a pair of isolating valves AND a thermostat controlling a 2 port electric valve. Job done. The isolating valves plus a drain, allow me to drain down the conservatory should we ever go away at Christmas for any great length of time.
