yep, air rifles are best for stationary targets, more sniper style, for clay pigeons you need a blunderbuss

the wooden end is the butt that gose in your shoulder
when you shoot keep both eyes on the target and shoot a foot infront off target as it flys past. regards wilbur |

From your previous posts I wouldnt take the terrano your dad might shoot it.
Seriously though, is this and organised shoot or just you your dad and his mates, if its organised pay close attention to the safety brief and have fun. If its not organised be very careful and have fun. Two good pointers are never point the shotgun at anyone ever and only shoot when you can see sky. |

@ ste68blue & plank: it probably is a shot gun then as I said, I know 0.00% about guns
@ Cristof123: I admire my dad, he manages to get a standard 2.7 to make smells and noises I didn't think were posable. Then when he brakes it, he Slags me off for buying a crap 4x4 and won't admit he's broke it. Just says it ain't his problem we won't be towing so he shouldn't trash it.... Unless he decides to show off I'm not sure if it's organised. |
