police camera action
thats from an old police camera action programe, the copper was trying to stop the guy in the 4x4 for a minor offence but the guy ran for it after a short chase he changed his mind and decided to reverse into the the police car several times trying to dissable it and on the last attempt landed on it.

 Swansea scrap merchant I think he was and had been hassled by plod once too often and , erm, well got the hump  Now if only he'd done a suspension lift he'd have got away with it
