Breaking Maverick 2.7 TDi

Hello, All,

Myself and a work colleague (I have a Terrano, Ian has a Maverick) have got a 1997 P reg Ford Maverick 2.7 TDi we are breaking.
Was a good runner until the bottom end let go

Virtually everything is there,
Head and all top end parts are fine,
Has grey leather seats etc in good condition, no rear 6-7 seats sorry.
Good gearbox, axles, doors, tailgate etc.

Assuming it's the Hitachi MAF can I buy it please and also the Crank position sensor

How much for the Zexel fuel pump?

i'm after one of those if its any good - obviously if makeitfit doesn't want it

are the grill and headlight surrounds any good? mine are held on with cable ties cos the clips broke

hI Ian & Steve, if the maverick is black how much do you want for the:
1. drivers door
2. off side rear door
3 Front wings, if no rust
3 might also be interested in the wheels/tyres.

Afternoon Russ,

Yes the Maverick is indeed black.

I will go and look at her later and confirm the doors are in good condition.
The drivers side front and rear doors are what you may be interested in
I think the wings are starting to show some rust but again I will check later.

As for the wheels yes they will be for sale but not until we go and weigh the remains in, as soon as we remove the wheels we can't move it onto the trailer to take to the recyclers.

So if you do not mind waiting for a few weeks whilst we sell off what we and other members/people want then you may have first refusal.

Hi Russ,

Drivers door - looks ok to us, Complete door with all electrics (window and C/L) and glass = £50 (no interior door trim)
Off side rear door - very small mark up by the door edge, again complete with electric window C/L glass etc = £50 (no interior door trim)
Drivers side front wing - All visible areas look good but there is a bit of rust on lip that tucks behind the front bumper, not visible until bumper is pulled away = £10
Passenger front wing, rusty around arch so no good to be honest.
Wheels & tyres, as quoted before you can have first refusal when we recycle whats left.

OK that sounds great ......Running total so far £110 can pay cash on collection if thats ok, i presume you are in Gloucester, might even be interested in other bits for spares........... ill have a think? let others have a chance first, cheers Russ

Yes no worries, We both work in the week so if you can wait a week or so we can remove them next weekend for you.
We are in Stroud, about 10 mins below gloucester, J13 M5. This is the Postcode GL5 3LE.

hi, have you got the heater fan control unit, the bit bolted to the bulkhead
which defines the speeds of the fan?

held in by two bolts.

Hi just checking that the off side doors / and the front wing have been removed and are they ready to collect, Could i collect this saturday afternoon 15/10/11 if possible?

would also be interested in
1. front nearside battle plate if its any good,
2. Hazzard switch

Does the the drivers door come with lock and keys?
3. if so how much for the ignition switch/barrel ?
