dunno mate looks like 18mm mdf I work with the stuff now and again and its heavy put that and the rest of the timber together I reckon and might be wrong that it will be heavier than rear seats

So do I and I reckon a full sheet of 18mm mdf is less than the back seat

It's bloody strong doesn't bend when I'm on it, bear in mind there's a wooden frame work as well, I'm about 45 kg
