Default My Journey to ALASKA

I know how we all like photos, would anyone be interested in the journey i made to Prudoe Bay up the Dalton Highway the road(loosely termed) the "ice road truckers" use from Fairbanks to Prudoe bay about 400mls, I spent 3months in Alaska following my great uncle trail, he left a small village in North Wales to travel from Liverpool to Canada then to the gold fields in 1890's at 17yrs old.It is quite a story.

No, unfortunately, i borrowed a 7ltr Chevy pickup, petrol of course as so many pickups are that far north they don't freeze up as quickly, even so you have to plug them in to the mains at night.
