Seems like the queen bitch has grassed him up for using "oil" :doh

I agree, what's the big deal ? Tell them to sod off and report you to the appropriate enforcment agency to deal with you.
You are innocent until proven guilty and I wouldn't have thought fuel duty offences were anything to do with the family court in any case.even if you were in error the first step would be hmrc requesting back payment. The only thing I can think she's going for apart from spite is evidence of bad character. Even then a spurious accusation doesn't constitute bad character.

Tell em where to go and to get on with their proper bussiness.

i'll pop a copy of there statements on one evening , far too busy at the mo.... im planning to accidentally drop a copy or 2 into peoples laps too, just so everyone knows how low they will stoop. really its not good .

the fuel thing is just the start of it.
