Believe it or not this a published right of way / byway that on the 1st of August looked like this!! And we got along just fine!! so we didn't expect this but there was no going back.....or forwards at this point:augie:eek:

Fortunately the man that made the rut was not far away, with the thing that made the ruts:eek: and gladly helped us off the offending log with his log lifting arm, my tow rope and my tightly nipped arse.
After we were free of the log the rest was just mud if you kept to the right of the BIG deep rut!!!
