:nenau:nenauso apart from the badge, whats the difference? do they all have short gear boxes all i seem to do is change gear
Thats how they are.... not very flexible, in town I find I am in 2nd most of the time, they dont like to go slow. regards bri
pretty much the same thing except for trim differences, spec and so on...mechanically the same. As for gearbox, perfectly fine. They arent very powerful (125BHP), and very heavy, but how do you mean "change gear a lot"? I have a SWB Mav, and wouldnt say I had to change gear a lot for a 4x4 (I also drive a V6 Mazda MX6, and really dont have to change gear much with that) but with the diesel 4x4, the power is different.

yeah its funny you say that Bri, round town, I can be at least in third with no trouble (no shuddering or lack of power, just goes unless I drop to about 10mph, then I have to drop to second....)

i dont really rev high only to about 2000-2500rpm but i will push the pedal to get some torque and im through the gears quicker than any car ive ever had. fuel aint to bad for a 2.7TDi either about 23-25mpg
