I am with the Nfu @ the moment with no problems in the past, The only thing is they are getting to expensive i am paying about £400 a year for a L reg Mav on full com. I wanted to add another maverick to my insurance and they quoted another £400 Ouch not good so i was recommended to Adrian Flux and his price £230 Full comp and Trailer.

They found me better rates on both my cars and house. My son uses them for his house and car too.

350 with AA, 42yo with infinate no claims and no other drivers. Insurance is more expensive in Northern Ireland, and if a young driver can insure a wagon for less than they paid for it, they are doing well.
For a few years I was with Northern Bank insurance and they went from
275 to 760 in one leap, no accidents or thefts, just a huge hike. Then I tried AA and they were about half price, so that's a couple of years with AA and so far so good. AA give give a good deal if you transfer cover, you get 14 days free cover on the old vehicle from the starting date on the new vehicle. Handy if you need to flog, or MOT the old vehicle.

I tried AA Insurance once since it was cheaper BUT when I read the small print it would only cover a 2 wheel single axle trailer hooked up to the vehicle, my boat trailer was twin axle.
I insisted on a full refund, as I had 2 weeks cooling off and was given 100% back. So read that policy.. when you get it..

I went through Sureterm who I found in the links part of the forum.

Some of the quotes I got were silly but that has something to do with the kind of business I am in apparently.

Fully comp, full no claims bonus, me and the wife to drive, protected bonus, legal cover, hire car and accident recovery for busimess use £434.

I was quoted by one company £1153

cheers
