hi i live in n/ireland enniskillen, when i was here last i had/have a 1996 black nissan terrano outlander 2.7td lovely jeep had some hiccups with it but this place saved me loads of dosh lol, the illusive filter was a fantastic thread as i had this bother all the time because i was filling up via drums as i would cross the border and buy in bulk so i got around this problem by adding another filter system near the diesel filter.
i had to replace a gearbox on my 1996 jeep and i was finding it hard to get a gearbox in northern ireland between the years 1996 to earlier 1998, but then i got my hands on a 2003 gearbox and realised that you are not restricted to just the years that your jeep was made.
anyway i still have the 1996 jeep lying up for spares and now have a 1997 terrano 2 tdi se touring i might have only jumped up a year but they are so differant imo it drives and looks like new, not a scratch on it i also changed the gearbox on this as well, only put it back on the road this month after keeping it in a lockup pimping it atm.
i have been driving a 2005 L200 between my 2 terrano's, but i just wanted to get back to the a good caravan pulling vehicle and so back to the terrano was the answer and best move i done.
having a terrano it is a must to have a nissan4x4ownersclub membership.
