Just seen Baskies pictures of his new Navara. they look great.
I bought a 6 month old Aventura for about the same price as a new sport cos I couldn`t resist all the goodies.
In 5 weeks or so I`ve done 3000 miles with a few niggles, but these have been sorted out by the dealer whose praises i cannot sing highly enough - Westway Nissan Birmingham - I would recommend them highly.
As far as the truck goes I do really love driving it even though it takes a bit of getting used to the huge size of the thing.
I have just got back from Spain - almost following the route of the recent club camping expedition - and have thoroughly enoyed the drive.
You cannot fault the performance of these buses and acceleration feels better than my old Terrano 3.0 Di turbo SVE.
Comfort and internal goodies etc are unbeatable in the class of vehicle.
Storage space and capacity are enormous, especially as I was fortunate to get a Snug Top thrown in when I bought it.
My only 2 gripes are that the satnav doesn`t have a postcode facility and you have to know the road names, and that the engine noise is a bit too high in city traffic - on the motorway it`s fairly quiet.
Given the finances I would like to have kept the Terrano as it was almost a small car in relation to the collosus of a Navara and was better for the "nip out to the shops " kind of trip.
Overall though - I LOVE IT - MY WIFE LOVES IT AND THE KIDS LOVE IT - so everybody`s happy. If you want to turn heads and enjoy driving monster trucks this has to be the bus for you.
