In this months Total Off Road there is mention of the Yellow Diamond Club, a sort of multi make club with owners of Jap 4x4's, the difference is that all members of the Yellow Diamond Club have to be members of one of the several groups within it, that are all run as sperate make clubs eg POCUK, varisous Mitsubishi 4x4 clubs, Suzuki club, toyota club, suzu trooper club etc.
Mav, would it be worth looking at this further, in terms of promoting the NFMOC further, and perhaps pushing the club in greater terms of Nissan 4x4's in general, as sometimes we all seem a bit fixed on the Mavrano, while there is a whole stable of Nissan 4x4's with a heritage as long as Land Rovers.
Just really bringing the idea up for discussion.
when first saw that thought it was gonna be about renos. good idea reckon once the mitsi owners realise how good our nissans are theyll be deserting them in droves

never heard of this but i agree we do sem to be a bit T2 and Mav focused but that is changing with patrols and navaras coming along, anyhting that expands membership and interest, along with a varied choice of topics for threads has to be a good thing!
sooner or later well all be sat here reminising about the good ol days when we all had t2s and mavs lol how the new whizz bang euro diesel just aint as good as good ol td27 wishing your road tax wasnt 5k with anual milage alowence of 2000miles ah the good ol days were getting quite a varied car base patrols an navaras seem to be winning at mo not to many x trails or quashqais yet more people here about us the better!

I was late in last night and at work early this morning, I did read the post last night but did not reply.
I will look into it and see what i can find out.
Just glancing it don’t seem a bad idea.
Jace, Did you find a link to it anywhere?.
Mav.

It isn't just a Mitsi thing, there are links to the suzuki 4x4 group, Isuzu trooper & one of the Toyota clubs; the only thing in common is that they are all jap 4x4's.
I've e-mailed admin at POCUK to see if they have further info (Mav, copied you into this e-mail).
