sorry to here that wendy, i hope everything turns out favourable for you, as for my truck, a guy from hungary contacted me this morning with regards to buying (i thought it was a wind up) but he then phoned from hungary this afternoon to comfirm his arrivel wednesday and to arrange collection on thursday morning and he has sent a deposit via pay pal, so it looks like it may go thursday, i say "may" until i have the cash. then he is off to pick up a boat and drive back to hungary saturday.

As soon as i saw your truck was up for sale I wanted to buy it but no funds:nenau:nenau no insurance pay out yet so hey humm thats life.

Hey Tezzer, good luck with the sale:D:D BUT do check your paypal is a cleared funds transfer, AND when your man pays you cash, make sure it's in UK money. None of that funny money euro stuff:augie
It's easier to spot a dodgey UK note:sly
If unsure ofany notes just ask the guy to let you pay it into the bank first:cool:

You seem to be having a rought time of it lately,Wendy, hope you turn the corner soon and get back on the road again. This time get one with manual hubs and save yourself the hassle

I will keep an open mind re the hubs others seen to get on with the autos so they must be ok if looked after I suppose.

thanks pete, i have transfered the deposit to my bank account straight away, and he did say gbp in his e-mail when he made me an offer, luckily my bank is 200yrds from my front door, so if it seems dodgy he can come with me while i pay it in. :lol
