If the worst happens on the Macmillan Challenge this weekend and I break something or it just breaks down etc who would be willing to be called to give a hand if they can.

If you're willing PM me your phone number and location before abot 6pm thursday and I'll take the details with me so if the worst happens I can call who ever might be nearest just call someone to put a post up with details of what need incase anyone is nearby.

All being well I won't have any problems but you never know.

Just remind us of your general route again T?

Start near Ludlow - finish in Warrington.

No idea about the bit in the middle - could go absolutely anywhere. We don't find out each section till we start that section.

Last year they went Wales, Eire, NI, Scotland before heading back to Cheshire. We've been told to bring our passport or photo ID driving license so another ferry trip could be on th ecards or that may be a bluff.

almost?

Few niggles with the new electrics but nothing too serious.

Supplier had sent wrog relays so had to get some on morning of the start and then rearrange wiring to relays as they had different pin positions.

2 Spot light bulbs blew (old ones tbh) and had no spares so had to get more bulbs.

Supply to touchscreen had dry joint in soldering but neil soldered this back up on the move.

Switch on Poti (illuminated mag magnifier) packed up - just bypassed it, its on a plug anyway so can be switched off easy enough.

Leaky valve on ns front caused soft tyre on sun morning but just blew it up and been fine since.
