I have just got back from a trip down to northamptonshire for a birthday lunch with my old mum and dad 85 and 84 dads birthday yesterday mine today and mums tomorrow:lol
Took the terrano which was just as well because when we got down to them all the roads to their house were deep in frozen snow. Carried my mum to the car so she didnt slip over and made it to the village pub.
They were suprised to see us as they had had several tables cancelled they were even more suprised that we had come from norfolk:lol:lol:lol

The terrano ran like a dream 4 wheel drive worked perfect a good day and Zippy I now have the keys back:thumbs:thumbs:lol

went out to get something, on the way back the elctric window stopped working ( new parts on way £60)

AND alternator belt broke! and one know the part number of this belt ??

You can strip the motor down on the electric window fairly easy job give it a good clean and it shound be fine.

motor is fine, the clip that held the cable to lift the window has broken.

so all the cable was pulled into the motor bit.

have taken the cover off and pulled out the cable, but don't know how the cable should be going into it.


Ive ordered a new lot. but will be keeping all the old bit just in case..
