but daft as they cut up the veggies and peald the pots.. saw the Lamb on the side... just didnt pay attention.

and leeks and cabbage from the garden.

Finished the home made blackberry wine so haveing a treat of shiraz.

Now that sounds nice, tell us a bit more. What do you flavour the paneer with and do ya make your own paneer, I've seen it done on TV and looks easy.

Not sure about the apple pie but we are having the rest of it. Sorry Tubbs and Willow but I think it's Morrisons EU Pork:eek:

I had to get rid of the allotment a year ago now Wendy and I miss it like heck. We couldn't keep live stock but I grew loads of fruit and veg. The freezer was always full of goodies.

Potatoes, Lots of double cream, Garlic and Greuyere (??) cheese:thumb2

Boil tatties, garlic and cream up, bung in a roasting dish, sprinkle the cheese on top and oven it for 1/2 hour.

Willow there's no chance of getting it off coco, once she's got food it's gone. I've never seen a dog eat as quick!!!! And boy does she eat!! absolutely anything and usually something she shouldn't.

that's ok then - do you find that once the bottle is open, it doesn't keep when exposed to the air and you would be as well finishing it?

It's an Indian style fresh cheese, not dissimilar to ricotta.

A bit of "fusion" cooking by the better half. It was nice!

It was fried with garlic and a a bit of chillies. Then a bit of lemon juice.

Paneer is easy to make, but this time it was bought off Sainsbury's.
