Hi chaps,

I have decided to sell my Terrano, it spung a leak in the file system somewhere, so no there is a slow drip of diesel at the back to match the slow drip of diesel at the front.

I was wondering if there's anyone on here interested in it before I put it out to the wider world? It a 2003 2.7 LWB, all bog standard and original. Silver, done just over 100k, MOT until September. It is in really good condition, apart from the previously mentioned drips, but I'm sure they are nothing you guys couldn't sort with easy.

Give me shout if you are interested.

Chris

Morning Rick,

Yeah I realised I never put a price in the OP. I'm ideally looking for around £950 for it, which was a bit steep Banshee. I do appreciate that I might be being a bit optimistic with that figure, but it genuinely is in good nick overall. If anyone wants to make me an offer though I'll certainly consider it.

Other things I forgot to mention, all 4 tyres are less than a year old, the battery was new in Jan, and it's just been serviced (oil and filters)

Hi again all,

I have just re-read my original post and realised that there are a couple of errors (this will teach me for typing on my phone in a hurry)

Diesel is only dripping from the rear of the truck, this only started the other day and I think it is coming from the fuel line but I can't really get a good look to tell.

There is no diesel dripping from the front! There is a very small oil drip from the front that has been there since I had the truck. I have tried several things to fix this but to no avail. I now think it must be coming from the sump, possibly needs coming off and a new gasket putting on, but I could be wrong.

Sorry for any confusion

the rear drip will most likely be above the rear axel in the line clipped to side easy fix with fuel rubber pipe, prices of these have shot up so look up sale prices on selling sites.
