Has anyone considered a group road trip?

Shortly before the whole CV19 scenario kicked off, my dad and I had started to plan a road trip to portugal and back.

After many an hour searching for a suitable vehicle, I settled on a green LWB Terrano which sold on hour before I was due to view it :(
Anyway, the plan is still to do the trip once all this blows over and normality has resumed.

Has anyone else done such a road trip? And would you be interested? Doesn't necessarily have to be somewhere warm either.

We were looking at driving down ourselves, through france, spain and then onto portugal itself. And if we fancied it, we could catch the ferry back from bilbao.

Oh I know people tend to frequent the lanes, but I was thinking of something different from the norm thats all.

Maybe a trip to somewhere cold with plenty of snow or scenery.

Thats not too bad. I've always fancied doing a tour of scotland. Loved it when we went round the highlands. Poor qashqai we hired got some serious abuse lol
