Have been a few swb 2.7 autos for reasonable money on Facebook market place recently.
As for actual condition, without an inspection it's hard to say.

Have yet to see a swb 3ltr auto though, so she'll have to slum it:hide:

She definitely won't need to slum it in a Terrano 3.0i
We Also have the Troll.....
Just after something a bit more day to day above 12mpg
