I’ve just had my done at Bordon tyre and exhaust or now BTE automotive, they didn’t sandblast but removed all loose rust with an air needle jet and then undersealed. I think it was around £250 if that helps

Well, finally used the Dinitrol kit on the Patrol's underside and cavities.
For ease of use, I opted for the standard spray can application.
The kit is sized for the vehicle and includes:

Epoxy Rust Converter (clear) overpaintable.
Underbody wax (black).
Wheel arch and cill anti-stonechip (black).
Cavity spray with long applicator (bronze). Kit price £100

Every element was easy to use, with no mess.
The cavity spray is a lovely job to do. Feed the long tube in to the chassis rails etc. and apply the spray as you slowly withdraw it. The spiral spray pattern on the end ensures the entire inside is covered.

The hot steam pressure washing and wire brushing was a punishment from hell though. Very, very happy with the result.

Shows my new suspension off.:thumb2

Looks very nice Davey boy shame it will get dirty and spoil the look. I know it's more for preserving the metal than looks.
Good job [emoji16]

Yeh nice one, I've found a truck cleaning place that will put mine on their giant ramp and steam clean the underneath, then I can treat it, probably with Dimitri like you as I've heard good things about it. Think I'll use my compressor though:thumb2
