Been today offered a new project, as Bears Flats conversion is on hold for some time, this has been offered, an interior refurb of a Church hall as project manager, this looks like a 250k plus job, so will be looking at the plans and specs tomorrow, Rick

I know you get a lot of satisfaction and you love working what ever you do don’t over do it mate but I’ll look forward to your photos.

Really nice to work with older buildings & the challenges they bring. If you decide to take it on I will be looking forward to the pictures as well.

Sorry all we are not going with it, the numpties in control want a purpose made room for their underlings to look at plans and have site meetings etc, this is more like the NHS where there are more office dwellers than workers, sure the owners have the cash to throw at it but I cannot work in such a regime, no matter how much I might earn, I can see it now, being frustrated by elf n safety sh*t etc etc, so sorry not for me, Rick

Yes Pete I am sure a top notch Kitchen is specified, did not get that far with the plans as reading all the regs and specs was enough to put me off, but you would have been on top of my list assuming you would be willing to travel this far, Rick

Regs n specs are getting rediculous these days.
