That's outrageous, I'm happy to take on poor tradesmen, but good 'uns are hard to find.
What an absolute scumbag of a customer.
 
I had a read through the comments on the vid too. They've more cheek than a cows arse. I'd be plotting revenge:naughty
 
Not a good situation to be in but isn't there something the police can do because that was theft surely. It seems to be on par with shoplifting really.

I've heard nothing but good about this company but that's not to say they can't screw up like anyone. The customers family member posting comments on YouTube doesn't come across very well does he.

Yeh anyone can mess up like, that engine had not being serviced though and an oil leak showing up on the mot?, that is when he shoud have taken the vehicle back not when the engine was destroyed.
