Well one of my DTRL's on the Jeep stopped working fully. The offside one had a row of LED's out and the remaining row were really dull.
Shame really as they seemed very substantial having a cast alloy body. I have checked the innards and they are bone dry so it's not water ingress this time as on the cheap ones.
Have contacted the seller to see if the 6 month warranty works as they are only around 3 months old.

These are the ones so best avoid if anyone is thinking of buying them.
Looking at the spec, they are certainly suitable for your voltage range, which is where most of these units fail, so persue the warranty, if no joy, go through ebay.
I expect you will get replacements, but then they will want you to ship the faulty units back, more cost...
Please advise us of the outcome.

Early days but so far have been offered a refund of £6.00 have declined and asked for a replacement lamp or a pair at half price. That way I have a spare - they do seem very well made with a substantial alloy housing.

They upped the offer - I get a new pair for £9.79 so I have a spare !
No need to return faulty unit.

The left hand side DTRL has now failed completely and the new one on the right hand side now has just the upper row of LED's working.
Now given up with this supplier and going for a refund.

Time to operate then. You never know, might be able to fix them:nenau:thumbs
