The Red Tool Box

It had a specific role in it's life though and is more than just a bog standard cabinet

Came from the school, that's all you're getting

Is it the Classroom Items Confiscated Cabinet - was full of Catapults, Marbles, Lighters & confiscated Fags ?

We're all missing a vital question here...

...do they know you have it?

:augie

Its obviously the drinks cabinet from the staff room you fools.

:doh

If it has a badge or sticker on it anywhere that says "Woodpecker Products" it was built by my Grandad!

He built cabinets like that for schools. Some for computer of belonging security and others trollies to keep lunch boxes on.

Laptop trolley

Winner!!!! :clap

It's an old redundant one, there were two in one building, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 1st floor, the DT department asked my old boss if they could have the first one so it could sit next to their new laser to put the laptop on top of and use as a storage cupboard.

I agreed I'd help move it and jheeeeeez was it heavy. I'd say they are hitting the 100-150kg mark

At this point I knew that I wanted the other one for the garage to store tools in :naughty

Only problem was the one that was left was missing it's keys which I stumbled across by accident on Thursday afternoon :thumb2

Asked my new boss if I could have it and he said yes :sly Told me that if he had space in his own garage he would have told me to "f*ck off" and deliver it to his house :lol

How antiquated are the laptops that you need a trolley that size to move them around?

I can carry my laptop in one hand!

They normally have power sockets and some have timers so the laptops or tablets can be charged too. Clever stuff really. Got my eye on one too but it's been a long wait so far:doh

My next challenge is to convince them to let me have the redundant lathe thats been under a sheet for apparently 8 years and still functions perfectly
