Mines still there, but are you aware that you have to enable them.

Do the following:

Top Left of the yellow line there is "User CP", click on this.

Then click on "Edit Options" down the left hand side.

Now scroll to the bottom of the Edit Options page to find the drop down box, yours is probably set to Basic. This needs changing to Standard.
