Well for £875 for the custom made roof rack with spoiler I would want it to do something !!!! But no think it is just for looks.
Looks like it will just make life difficult when you want to use the rear ladder! :nenau

F1 styleeee!! Adds mad horsepower and grip when racing the local corsa chavs!!
Truck looks quite nice apart from that spoiler. It definitely does not suite a Patrol

F M that's funny!
When I started my own business 15 years ago I fitted roof bars to my Cavalier so I could carry a large ladder. The roof bars ALONE took 5mpg off the fuel consumption. Shudder to think what a rack and ski jump like that would do.

Way back in 1977 I was working for a Colt (now Mitsubishi) Main Dealer in Derby and the head of the Importer of Colt Cars at that time was David Orr.
Mr Orr turned up at our dealership in his own car a Porsche 911 with a huge black rear spoiler that looked like the tail of a whale!
As he was leaving our Dealership my gaffer remarked that he liked the factory fitted Picnic Tray on his boot lid and wondered if it was an expensive option!
I have never been able to take spoilers seriously since.
