Yeah mud tyre won't help you in that sticky stuff lol. But fair play for having a go. Winch and ground anchor will get Ya through next time lol

Yes - know the feeling, we have the same kind of mud here I think.
I've known tractors to get stuck here. These days sugar beets are harvested by tracked vehicles...

Or take a mate with another truck. :augie
Some waffle boards might have saved the day there... under the rear wheels and reverse out maybe...

Oooooooh lovely mud, but have to say my off road motor will have gone through that no problem,Lokka on the front, dumper tyres, bad oil in rear diff, only thing defeats me traction wise is deep rutting cos I belly out but that is where the winch comes in, nice to see another T2 in the mire, Rick
the clear skies and sunshine don`t show the full extent of my foolishness:sly
i got stuck there the previous night in the dark during a heavy rain storm and had to walk home down the fields in my shiny gym trainers:lol

Ah that is rotten luck mate, if you plan on doing this often then a winch and ground anchor will be your best options, Rick
