My favourite!

You'll fit in a treat here, most of the regulars can't seem to park properly either.

Yes, very nice.......Banshee, I assume removing rear anti roll bar increases axle articulation?

Is it okay come MOT/CT time....I suppose if it isn't there, they can't check it (knackered bushes,etc)........ :nenau

Is that from the turbo back? I rang powerflow they quoted about £400 from the turbo back in 2.5 pipe with no boxes but im wondering if its going to be too loud now.

It's all Stainless from Turbo to backbox :thumb2 I'm dreading anything going wrong with it, paperwork in the folder says lifetime warranty but in the small print it says that the car must be returned at certain mileages all of which the previous owner failed to do :doh

So can't see them honouring it, but I'll play my face and let them know how many forum members I'll be letting know if they don't sort it for me :naughty

I had a powerflow for a while. All it did was look good and empty my wallet.
Seriously silly money. SS components are not expensive and the T2 zorst is a pretty simple thing. Find yourself a local fabricator and get it done for a quarter of that :)

Mine came with the motor so I'm not moaning.

Paperwork that came with it had a bill to the tune of £380 all in for the parts and fitting

Indeed and from what I remember there was no issues with the quality of work etc.
I paid 360 I think it was for mine, but then I learned skills ;)
The biggest gain is missed though unless the turbo flange back job is done. That is bin the original collector elbow off the turbo. Powerflow wont do that bit.

I'll take a look at mine later, pretty sure it's not been done but maybe a mod for the list :sly

I presume this is restrictive and once opened up works better? :nenau

If yours has been done then you have a good system ;)

Turbo back is essentially the front down pipe. That's off the back of the turbo but the back of the turbo is the problem. You need a flange back job :naughty
Can't find a pic quickly but look at the pic here off fleabay to see what I mean.

I don't even have any ideas as to how I'd even begin to start modifying that to take the elbow out

Thanks for the info makeitfit. Funny thing is I can weld but dont have a tig only a mig, I might bite the bullet and get some stainless wire and tri mix gas and do it myself or the other option do the full thing in mild steel and coat it with VHT paint.

You can weld it with mig and galv spray the welds OR as you say get a small reel of stainless wire and a little gas bottle . Away you go.
I got a box of reject bends off ebay when I did mine. Used the few bends I needed and sold the rest on for more dosh :)
