No the van didn't stop. He looked like he was going to, when I looked in my mirror afterwards, he was still driving.
I didn't see the whole incident, because I was watching some other vehicles, but I had my suspicions about the van.
It was when I got back to the yard & I viewed the footage it all fell into place.
I rang S, York's police & they had a report of a van fleeing the scene.
I'm expecting a call from them soon.
