Yep he's left the project to me for a few weeks. He's spend the time on a flying course at Dundee (quixquotes back yard). He's got to do 12 hours flying and classroom work culminating in a solo flight:clap

I'm not jealous in the least :o

Would love to do more lessons but life and the bank balance keep getting in the way :(

Great stuff seen him on a webcam at the airfield. Had the web page on with the cam this afternoon at work and after a while i saw doing visual checks and then getting in to the plane:clap

So it is, Tayside Flying Club. Got to admit couldn't believe it when I saw him on the webcam:eek:
Apparently he's having a great time but no surprise there:thumb2

Lucky so and so... I'd love to have a pilot's licence.... and the means to afford a plane...

Yes know exactly what you mean, my old man tought me all I know, sure I have built on those foundation blocks in the modern world, but without that foundation I would have had nothing to stand on, of course I did not appreciate it till he was dead, was only then I was proud of him, Rick
