Norovirus its pants

Well mother in law came down with Norvirus a couple of days ago. Missus has been playing Florence Nightingale and she came down with it on Thursday.

I came down with it yesterday neither of us got out of bed yesterday. I have just logged on whilst taking some Solphadene as I feel feverish.

I hope you all get better soon. Drink plenty of fluids, non alcoholic, and low sugar drinks.
For similar issues, we found imodium to be very effective, and always took a pack when we went abroad too.

Feel for you its a bad bug is that one. As said only thing you can do is drink lots of fluids. isolate yourselves as much as possible.

Isolation, keep up personal hygiene.........and drink gallons of water to keep your kidneys on the go.......hope you all feel better soon.
