As said Sorry but things have developed here beyond expectations, my best customer of over 30 years who should be retiring like me, but has just purchased a large derelict pub, and I have convert it into a veterinary surgery, job starts early March but my job starts now in organising all the trades to be there when needed, so might not be around so much, Rick
 
Being a project manager is all about being organised, and certainly you have shown those skills to the full, and I wish you all the best on this project.:thumb2

On a serious note I don't doubt ricks skills for a second, he is definately very well organised and it sounds like this will be a cracking job to be running :cool:

I saw pics of ricks last project he was running which was a restaurant, lots of the flooring and the bar was made out of very tidy wood, looked like a lovely place!

As it happens I am visiting Rick on Sunday and having a play with the old girl again, my steering is about to fall off :eek:

We are then going for a nice meal as I'm usually rushing about :eek:
