Wanted to ring Nissan to double check if my T2 was in the air bag recall. Rang them, left my details and was told I would get a call back, I waited..... and waited... gave them 30 minutes and rang them back again. Left my details again and was told I would get a call back, I waited..... and waited... and waited. Still no call back and now it is 6 o'clock and now they have all buzzed off home.

No customer service from them then?

Do you really want these clowns to work on your car, to replace such a critical safety component...:nenau
The technicians might be fine though. It's front of house that the customers deal with...some of those don't know one end of a spanner from the other.... :augie

Try ringing another Nissan dealer, see how they perform...

Rang them again this morning and waited on the line.

Apparently my March 2001 T2 is OK and not in the passenger air bag recall.

VIN range between VSKJWNR20U0528817 and VSKTWUR20U0529302 are affected. That's January 2003 though to February 2004.
