In reply to Paff asking about dash cams, here are the ones I favour

This is the most expensive and most versatile, but has low res picture, claims to be HD is 720 wide but that is both, each video is only 360 wide, but it logs your GPS position and plays back with 3 G sensors and speed, plus a Google map view,

Here is one I did earlier, the audio was crap so I turned it off, you can see the view from the front cam, with GPS location displayed on the google map, the speed is displayed above the camera view and below the camera view is the 3 G sensor display. I had turned the display to the rear cam off

Cheapest £14.56, I says it comes from China but it only took a week or so to arrive from Beligium I think. I have three of these, first one cost around £30 from UK, latest from China a few weeks ago

This is my opinion based on my experience of these gadgets, views of others may differ

the third one down ( the blackview bl 8000 ) is the one I have ..... its very good , does what it says ....... cost about £23 including postage from china .... took about 4 weeks to arrive though ....... oh and the manual is in chinglish :rolleyes:
