Had a small accedent with rear passinger door have melted plastic and some sagging lol

thats why i opened the doors when i did my sills :lol also easier to check for fires :eek:

I had it open but thought I was welding a little further back than there had pulled carpet and loom to one side

that fire was the wheel arch nothing to do with the sills :p

I would of set fire to mine doing my rear arch mods but i have no interior to worry about :lol :lol :lol
Otherwise it would of gone up in smoke :doh :augie :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

Sensible tip

Put a water soaked cloth inside above the welding area if you cant / dont want to move interior ;) :thumbs

I had a puddle there in the floor after carpet was up. Any tips for rear passinger arch plastic trim came of with the metal
So have to weld a new outer piece in and then join wheel arch to outer wing if you know what I mean
