Next mod I think needs to be the exhaust as it looks a bit droopy:lol chop it off behind the fixing & put a 90' bend on so it exits behind the back tyre then you can cover people & other cars in black soot:lol

Will defo have a look at work Tuesday.
And noise? :naughty
only on acceleration but i got used to it
From what I can see it looks as if you've got the single box system on yours Alex is so it'll be easy for you as you will just have to cut the box off & replace it with some pipe which you might find in the scrap pile at work:thumbs if it's to load you could fit a free flowing cherry bomb centre box to quieten it down a bit:augie

Too loud :lol
It wont be noisier than my bike :lol
Well I hope not or my ears will bleed.
I'm gonna give this a go, if I like it i take it I can just buy a small piece of exhaust to curve out to the side? :nenau

Buy:eek: have a good look in the scrap pile at work first mate you might find all the bits you need or tell the mechanic's what your wanting & they might have some stashed away & yes every mechanic has their own little stash pile & spot the bosses don't know about:augie:augie A 90' bend will do the job nicely

True actually, the amount of wheels i spotted out the back, they ain't cheap either :lol
If I find a small piece of exhaust, can they be bent if needed or do they just break?

Anyone know diameter of exhaust pipe?
You would need a pipe bender to bend the exhaust but there is a chance you could find a bit with almost the right bend in it:thumbs as for size i've no idea but one of the lad at work will be able to measure whats on as you'll want the bit of exhaust thats slightly bigger to sleeve over your exhaust unless your going to get it welded up

What type of pipe bender as the common 1s won't bend just buckle the exhaust pipe I did mine straight through 2.5" ss with bends from makeit fit could get bends of the bay and straight pipe welded with ss mig wire hope that helps

Sounds like a 15mm and 22mm copper pipe bender then, no way will it do an exhaust on one of our trucks Alex.
Just fit the old bumper back on and give the truck it's nice lines again. :)
