either I'll do wot I did last time and take 6"out of the width and get weld spatter all over the winds screen, or move the gutter mounts in board to alignwith the a,b an c posts to avoid the doors.
Add some spot mounts on the front , number plate, revevrse and work lght mounts on the rear then get it re galvanised and:clap powdercoated what ever colour is getting done foc...

Well I went for the easy option and got someone else to move the mounts to suit the pillsr spacings and gutter widths.
I just need to get the hammerite or galvafroid out and protect the bare metal and welds.
I'm not saying its an oldone but the makers name plate has the Area Tel code as 0254 Lol..
Anyway It's on and very solid:thumb2

I think the overhang at the rear is just spoton to.
That does look right with that overhang. Good job :)
Do you notice any difference in fuel economy with that on and what about wind noise ?

Thanks:thumb2
Fuel economy is between 8-15mpg so not a lot of difference I would expect, I only fitted it last night, and I try not to think about the fuel:eek: If it's empty I feed it:thumbs
Can't hear the wind noise above the Tyre noise:lol
Nice job :thumb2 Love your truck, wouldn't be allowed to have one of them though :augie
Like what you said about the fuel and wind noise :roflol:
And I worry about my T2 mpg :doh
Thanks:thumb2

:clap Found a Tin of Galvafroid in the garage that was still liquid:D
All grind marks and new plates now covered.
Also found a few Stainless nuts for the fixings.
I thought about an array of lights on the front :doh but don't go out when its dark:rolleyes:
It looks great & think the rear over hang is spot on:thumbs
