So has any one got any suggestions? I have located a parts kit in Bulgaria but they do not do PayPal, or Debit/Credit card, the item is only 35 euro's but my bank want's £25.00 to send it, wtf, and £12 to write a sort of cheque still a rip off, so as said any ideas, Rick

Sorry Rick, just re-read ya post so my answer wasn't that helpful.

I wouldn't normally recommend this but you can always just go to the post office and exchange 35 euros cash at very little cost and send it by some form of registered post?
