moneys a bit tight at the mo so I only put 20quid diesel in today.
then I went aldi and there veg oil was £1.09.
ive only seen it around 140/50 per litre in other shops.
I actually brought 5 bottles to top my fryer up:augie
but as I was waiting at mcdo for me burger I thought stuff it and shoved it in me tank:eek:
all seems ok at the mo:D

Tesco's always have the 2 x 5l for £10, but it is the area where they sell all the Polish food, so easy to miss, as nowhere near the rest of the oils.

Yeah I'm a road bike fan myself and i find that a decent sit up and beg will spank a sports bike (same power n weight obv)

lol, no chance! in the bends its all down to the rider, lighter sports bike is always gonna pop the naked ones on acceleration...

I did say same weight n power :thumb2
I personally prefer the sit up and beg, more of a lean angle available. My olf fzs1000 had a 45 degree lean angle she was ace.
N dont get me wrong ive had a 929, ive had trumpets, ive had a tl1000r :D

tbh when it comes to bikes even a comuter 500 is going to do any porsche/most earlier ferraris on 0-60, sub 4 seconds for most +500cc bikes these days = happy days! best one i had was a convertible ferrari, outside a crowded pub summertime,at some lights, he came up the outside.revving it like fook... oh the shame as he had to change gear... mine does 81 in first lol

no bikes for me at the mo.
if I had a grand for one.
it would buy my custom built roof rack. and my 3 inch suspention lift.
if I had 2 k it would buy a nice bike. but.
it would go on a roof rack, a sus lift, 33s. steering box upgrade and finish me boot build.
if I had 3k
it would be all the above. and a winch bumper, winch, rear bumber ,winch ,and a rear work light.
oh and I would still have 50 notes to chuck r1chos way for some stikers
used to have a gixer100 k2 , that did 97 in first :eek::eek:
had to go, things were getting out of hand, racing a tuned blackbird to sherburn cafe,
it got a bit hairy !!!

I used to think the same way about certain styles of bikes being applicable for certain styles of riding. After working at honda for the 2 years i got to know the techs v well, let's just say a few of them anyway, their riding is on a different level, some of the things I saw and control over certain things was far beyond my skill, and don't get me wrong i do enjoy a bit of back end kick on me old girl.
I remember seeing the master tech ride across the soaking wet carpark on one wheel, hammer on the rear brake only slide v sideways followed by some power on again flicked kick stand down n spun off the bike as it parked itself oh and this was a gs1100
Have you ever seen a st1300 sideways through a slidey floor workshop at full throttle, left a big black u shape burn mark across the floor as he left :lol
Oh and the way i used to see some of the real heavy "non corner friendly" cruiser bikes ridden, the chicken strips were gone and then some when they got back :lol
I love my bikes big time, my last last job i had to test ride all the new build bikes, but there's always someone faster and more skilled than you out there.
As you will see on Steve's post, my link to my broken tl :lol mistakes happen.
I personally keep away from veg oil but am going to start using bio.
if all goes to plan I can get some for 1.09 a litre, but have to buy it in bulk so best get my money saved up.
