Fantastic find!!!!!!!!!

I hope rick comes along, if he does I'm still after bearing oil seal, pictured in this diagram part 40232

Websites like these come and go all the while, what I might do is save the pictures and make them available as a workshop download or a sticky in the Terrano/Maverick section

Even if the Nissan dealers don't recognize the parts numbers, at least when you go in asking for an obscure part they will have half a clue as to what to look for on Mainframe

I've just realized mate, you've been looking at the wrong vehicle

The English Terrano2 2.7TDi that we know can be found here;

http://www.partsbase.org/nissan/terrano2-r20-eu-k-td27ti-eub-se-mt/

There is also the auto version, 3.0l ZD30 and Patrol's as well :thumbs

I'll create a linkable PDF like the workshop downloads once I've got all the pics

If you are still wanting a seal I will pull a hub tomorrow and get a number and see what I can do, Nissan pn is no good, only to Nissan, if my guy can get then I will order several as I am sure my off road motor will be needing a couple, Rick

OK checked several seals and finally found one with numbers on, had them checked out, he new the manufacturer and type of seal (flanged) straight away, so I was full of hope, but he came back with the news that it is a protected part, this means that the manufacturer will only supply to whoever commissioned it in the first place, but what is interesting is the other seals I have with no number's, so I would guess there are other manufactures out there, but with no numbers we cannot find them, I have not checked but I guess the only way to get a seal from Nissan is to buy a complete bearing set at silly money, Rick

Reasonably priced bearings are available on Ebay some do not include a seal, but others do, so worth a search, Rick
