Tensioner Wanted

I am after a tensioner pulley for the air con belt on my TDi terrano.Ive spoke to nissan but have been told they no longer do the part.They gave me a part number of 23150-7F001 but after looking about ive not had any real luck.

Air con.If i cant find one ill just remove the belt till i get one
