ok work needed welding on both back sills, power steering pipe(metal one below rad)back axle oil seal(by wheel)bushes on front(i think)fuel pipes over back axle(not leaking but corroded)bit of rust on inner wing.Ive put on manual hubs and 4wd works spot on,gearbox good(1st gear takes a bit to get in now and then all other gears spot on,electrics work as should(passenger window does stick but with very little help works ok) body work very good no visual rust, seat wear pretty good, the vehicle has done about 115000(i think as clock keeps messing about, tyres are ok(245/70/16 on Frontera rims)spring needed on clutch pedal,i cant think or know of any other problems,it starts every time no problems and ive put new front brakes on (February i only use the vehicle Saturdays as i use the works vehicle most of the time)hope this helps thanks

I'm not interested myself, but for the rest, is it legally drivable and safe to do so?

If it has failed a recent MOT then it won't be legal, even though an earlier one says it is. It is the last one that is referred to on PNC checks and the like.

Just might help you move it, one phone call, insurance covered.

You can ring a local garage and "book it in" for an mot. Then legally drive it . Theoretically straight there but home will be fine. Then cancel the mot appt :thumb2
