call me a bad parent but I thought I was doing the right thing giving her fruit instead of sweets:nenau
The natural sugars and acids are not good for milk teeth.

that's a fiver a tooth 35 fikkin quid it cost me:lol

she was pretty low from her experience so I took her to toys are us to make her feel better.

she had the run of the shop wit h35 quid in her pocket:sly

I was having a look at boys toys for myself while she went with her mum.
she is 5 going on thirty.
she came back with a wood working tool kit.
with artificial wood,saws hammers,screwdrivers,drills, etc.
she wasn't satisfied there were enough screws in the kit so she brought a big selection and another pack of wood:nenau

what happened to dolls n stuff:nenau

so far weve built a bird box and a jewelry box.
I think shes got a gardening tool box lined up for us tomoz after work:lol

at least she has forgot her ordeal now:D:D:D:D

I think shes spent too many hours passing me nails and stuff.
got to get her good with spanners next:lol

Fruit and juice needn't be blamed but more water and teeth brushing will help in future.
We've noticed with friends kids these days that dentists want milk teeth out quick sharp. I say that's ballox. They'll be out soon enough anyway without trauma.
All our kids had fruit and very rarely sweets, and they were fine. In fact we have plum trees and gooseberries etc in the garden. When the plums ripen the kids were like monkeys in the tree :thumbs Lucky if we had a look in :lol
You can't beat some hands on skills with your kids. Life skills and that, well done :clap
