Today my son did his first solo flight in a Glider today :clap:clap:clap
I'm ever so proud of him, he's not old enough to drive but he can fly. I'm also very jealous but in a nice way :thumbs:thumbs
Today Dad's happy:)

Yes Mate very well done, I had a go at the controls of a Piper once many years ago, I lowered the nose so I could see where I was going WHOOPS, Rick

Well I've flown in and had a go of the controls of a glider years ago and occasionally I get chance to go up in a small trainer aircraft that is capable of aerobats which is awesome. But I have to say going up on your own is fantastic. He's now going to look at the next level up. Fingers crossed we win Euromillions this week and then I can join him:thumbs
