any mod like this would i believe put it on a q reg due to changes to chassis, and body chop.

would need to go through a ministry inspection sva? not just a regular test to confirm
integrity of vehicle.

something quite common in the day on rangey chassis, bobtailed to either rangey or
series body. fuel tank would be moved, lot of work.

Yuk, though series landies atleast swb had them there, presume defender 90s too.

the way the rear wheel projects out beyond the body, though is level with rear spare
reminds me of some of the modern small hatchbacks, like renault cleo? the one that
was advertised promoting its 'bum'/backend.

No need to shorten one when you have a SWB model.

lwb rangey?

traditionally had a 100" wb so was a mwb when compared to a D90 or D110

the last of the classics gained a longer frame think 108" , the LSE spec and suspect the
P38s were built on this too, would love to see one of those bobtailed...

oh and to confuse the ninety is are 92.9" maybe not as memorable the series swb 80,86 then 88", the lwb were 109s dunno what 110s really are other than life expired lol.
