Sorted my arc welder earlier with a split widowmaker double plug, it now does max settings without blowing fuses :D it has a cracking duty cycle at 120amps with a 2.5 rod too, been laying down some nice welds, LOVE IT :p need to get my mig set up next, got to get a proper reg and a large bottle first tho, then I'm going to use a combination of both and fab my winch bumper :)

it had an issue of shutting down erratically for no reason at all and reducing output power to milliwatts instead of 50 / 100 watts , it has now had a thermal fan mod and some dry joints in the pa stage fixed :thumb2

It pulls like a train,weve been up to Cape Wrath and down to Cornwall no problem all on Makro 80/20 cooking oil and about 20mpg, the 52plate terrano does give slightly better fuel consumption maybe 22 mpg pulling the van which is about 1600 cwt no sure what that is in euro's, never any swaying whatever passes me and nearly everybody does, i try and stay between 55-60mph on m/ways and around 45-50 on main roads.

Also thinking about removing the osf wing and bumper to get to the washer pump so that I can replace it. Again can't do much else other than think about it at the mo :(

I found what I thought were the bolts, stuck through inner wing in engine bay. The nut's were stuck on to them and they just spun around so the nuts would slacken off.

When the wing came off, i wanted to remove the washer bottle and i think there are 3 nuts in the inner wing 2 came off ok but 1 was turning and i got the chisel between bottle and inner wing and cut it, replaced bottle with 2bolts

Not quite a College but it's an organisation that I do voluntry work for. They have been running a course called PTLLS, it's a prerequisite to allow me to do something else. It may actually lead me on to a career change should the need arise and next year it may do so. At least I'll be prepared if needed.

So its not just me with crapp neighbors? Ours is a propper junkie, well, he lives a few houses down, often comes out the house, with no shirt on beer in one hand ciggy in the other, yelling abuse at his kids as well as everyone else. I got into a 'proper' fight with him:o

Yeah this guy/wife look like zombies.And combined weight is around ten stone if that.They got big gobs when in their garden.But when out on the steet,they try to avoid me.They are twats.even though in the past i have helped them with things.But no more.
