I reluctantly have an aero pilates machine for sale , this was sheilas but she doesn't use it any more ,
it comes with bounce board /foot trampoline thingie , and 2 instruction dvds ,it has variable resistance cords .
it is far too big and heavy to post , so collection only im afraid .
we are looking at offers around £100 .
